As our customers pay for provided services, there is generally no refund for your payments.
Exception: A refund may be issued only if the client's payment amount exceeds the client's due amount AND the client chooses to terminate the contract.

Customers wishing to cancel their services or terminate their contract should contact our support team at info@smartgas.ae or visit our office for formal termination procedures. Any outstanding balance must be cleared prior to contract termination.
